Which variant of the Helios 500 has better cooling? i7 or i9?

I've heard that the i9 Helios 500 gets really hot because the i9 specifically is a very heavy CPU that gets really hot. Does that mean the one with i7 has better cooling? The performance of the i7 is more than enough for me, but the i9 is definitely and noticeably better, and I'm willing to buy it for a few dollars more since it might be much more effective than the i7 when it comes to montaging, graphic designing, etc. It's still a hexa-core CPU, though. Anyway, I want to know which one is going to actually last longer? Which one has better thermals? Which one has better throttling presets? I know that the helios 500 is a beast when it comes to cooling overall, but I still wanna know. I would prefer the i9 model, but I wanna make sure the thermals on it are acceptable and ready to go.
