My keyboard is switching the lights off, after a few seconds.

Hey, as I said, is my Keyboard switching the Lights off after a few seconds. It isnt in Standby or something. I also activated the Lights. I have a Nitro AN515-52 Gaming Laptop. Please help me.

    The keyboard backlight is set to turn off after 30 seconds after the last press, when the device is not plugged in(doesn't apply to BIOS 1.22). Unfortunately, there is no way to change that.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    If u have updated your bios to 1.22 then sorry...wait for update or rollback bios to previous version

    The keyboard backlight is set to turn off after 30 seconds after the last press, when the device is not plugged in(doesn't apply to BIOS 1.22). Unfortunately, there is no way to change that.

          So I just have to download the older one? Or what do you think, how Long will it take to get a new update?

    Well i have read other posts and mostly saying update coming this month
