Rig bogs down when gaming

Anyone have an issue with your helios 300 bogging down when gaming? My computer will drop to 30fps and even lower for about a min then ramps back up to normal fps. . . I thought it might have been a cooling issue.

Have u checked your temps optimized windows/undervolted ? and also post the full model and specs

Good suggestions. I'll try it! What's a good way to monitor temps during heavy load, to see if it's throttling?

There are a number of options; GPU-Z, HWinfo64, Predator Sense all offer some kind of temperature monitoring and/or logging and are all free. If you have a GTX 10-series card, thermal levels are directly tied to GPU clock speeds.
