Help please. Where can I talk to a Acer support where they will reflect my problem?

My predator 17 G9-792-707G was brought at March of 2016 which still under warranty. I've sent in my laptop to be repair and wait for 2 weeks and they send me a message where my laptop cannot be repair and call me come and collect. If Acer the own company cannot find the part nor fix it (which still under warranty). Who else can I find. The laptop cost me 2900SGD and I dint expect the support actually give me the answer that my product cannot be fixed and ready to collect. Who can help me? I'm desperate.

    @DevisYee 2016 still under warranty i doubt it usually its 2 years and in some countries only 1 year all depends on the seller/shop where you bought it they have their own internal warranty policies di acer support said especifically to you that your laptop was still under warranty ? and you cannot talk to acer suport here this is only a community forum mainly run by members who help each other there are some members of acer staff as they are the mods and admins but as i said this is mainly run by normal users they usually dont intervene i am guessing unless you bought an extended warranty policy they will not fix it as its already a 3 years old laptop and warranty doesnt cover it and your support its from which country ( as i said warranty its different from country to country) i trully believe you are out of warranty your warranty should had expired one year ago March 2018 unless as i said paid acer themselves (they are the only ones who would sell it to you) for an extended warranty

    I go to the repair centre and they claim my unit are still under warranty, I believe when I brought the product they gave me extra 1 year warranty so in total 3 years. 
    So if they really cannot fix it, mean my laptop are totally done?

    As i said i am pretty sure your warranty expired in 2018 its 2 years only the default warranty period unless you buy yourself an extended warranty in the first year of warranty to extend it and you should had contacted the shop/seller where you bought it first in the country you bought it sorry to say but i am affraid acer will not fix your 3yr old laptop you can always try to ask for a quote from them i am pretty sure that if you pay for it they will fix it for you but under warranty no chance im affraid please read acer warranty policies

    I would contact the support in the country you bought it and give it another shot explain the situation that you already sent it for warranty repair and they said they couldnt fix it by the way what was the issue with it i am probably guessing they say they cannot fix it because its a full motherboard replacement if that is the case they might be right as that model should already be discontinued and they wouldnt have refurbished available mobos for replacement but as i said give it a shot again this time in Singapore to see what they have to say about it if not get your full model/serial number/snid and try to contact @Acer-Manny directly by pm he might be able to do some checks for you about your issue :)

    Hi DevisYee,

    I am sorry to hear this, i have to agree with the great information xapim has provided you, some of our gaming products have 1-2 year warranty unless you have purchase (offer) an extended warranty, so my best guess is that your unit is out of warranty. I don't like to guess, so can you please send me a PM with the serial number of your unit?

    Also, do you have the documentation (paper or email), that the service center provided you for this order? 
    Any documentation on the extended 1 year warranty or where do you see you have a 3 year warranty, any documentation from the service center?
