I bought an Acer Active Stylus and it wont connect whatsoever.

Im incredibly frustrated because I payed 70$ (a big purchase for me) for a stylus. All I’ve gotten is a useless bit of metal and annoyance. It won’t interact with my laptop (acer spin 3) in any way, came with little to no instructions on how to connect it and when I called to get help they wanted to charge me an additional 199$! If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated!

    Check to make sure the stylus model is compatible with your spin3 model. https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/42675

    If not, immediately return it to the seller for a refund.

    as per the link here it shows the stylus is not compatible for this model.

    Could you share the model number of your stylus to check
