Hey there, I just bought this new laptop (acer spin 5) and it is said to be great for games too. However, when i play a game (guild wars 2) and my power adapter is plugged in, the fans start blowing like crazy and it makes a high pitched noise. When the power isnt plugged in, its incredibly silent when i play the same game and there are no issues whatsoever. The problem is: i cant keep playing without power because it will run out of power, simple as that. What can i do to fix the power adapter problem? And is there any way i can fix it? Its really disturbing and my laptop gets really hot. Please help me!  Thank you in advance, Suzan.

Sounds like it's working as it should. Battery must be near 100%  charged, laptop plugged in, and power plan set to performance mode BEFORE trying to run heavy gaming loads. Jack E/NJ
