My acer nitro 5 came with a 128 gb ssd with windows 10 installed and a secondary 1tb hard drive. Although the ssd is big enough for windows and a few other applications , its not really feasible to put my entire steam library on. I was just wondering if I could replace the hdd with a 1tb samsung evo ssd without there being problems? Also if I can replace it what would be the best way to copy the contents of my hdd onto the new ssd?

Yes, you can replace the HDD with a 1TB SSD. It will be quite hard moving the data from the HDD to the SSD without having a device that can have both drives connected to it.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
