ACER S7-392 RAID0 Failed - can i recover?

Hi All,

Hoping I can get some assistance/guidance on how to fix my wife's Acer S7-392.

Switched it on today and it could not find a drive to boot..  I did some searching and created a recovery thumb drive, which enabled me to get a bit further - I went in to a recovery menu, but nothing worked..  Only command prompt where i installed a BIOS upgrade - only to find I already had the latest BIOS.

So I have now come to a screen that show me "Disk/Volume Information"

I have a RAID array - HDD0 (striped) 238.5GB  FAILED, Bootable: NO
and
Physical Devices: Kingston SMSR150 119.2GB Member disk

So it looks like the RAID has failed and possibly 1 of the disks in the array..

(I tried to attach a pic, not sure if it's uploaded though)

Any suggestions on how to proceed.. I get the feeling OS and data is lost..  Can I wipe and recover the drives for rebuild?

When the RAID 0 array fails no data can be recovered. You can disconnect HDD0 physically and then try booting from the other drive to see if it will be able to boot in windows.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
