Good Evening,

i have an Acer ES1-523-8871 and to install Ubuntu i change the bios settings from UEFI Mode to Legacy Mode. Now i can't turn back to UEFI mode, because the options in BIOS menù are disabled.
Is there a chance to return in UEFI MODE?

You can try creating a supervisor password to see if that will re-enable the option.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

It shouldn't be disabled. You can try resetting the BIOS to default settings. Hopefully that will help.
