Hello i have a big problem
after i receive my laptop from warranty my laptop can not read any ssd
and bois can not change and thing in it

    I suggest you to contact Acer, as it worked before.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Well, you can try re-connecting the SSD and resetting the BIOS settings to defult. Make sure the BIOS mode is set to UEFI. If that doesn't work try setting the SATA mode to RAID(in bios) and see if that will make a difference.
