AMD Radeon 6650M Driver--New form AMD/ATI not posted on Acer

I have a Aspire 7750G with a AMD Radeon 6650M 2 VRAM running Windows 7 Ultimate… I have been getting a Blue Screen after a short time after boot up… after doing some research, I determined that is was the Driver for the Video Card… I opened BIOS and turned off the AMD card and switched to the internal Intel graphic card… Although the Blue Screen issue is gone, I also lost the performance from the 6550M card.

I have attempted to update the driver by using the ATI/AMD site, however, the driver would not load… says conflict with hardware and or Software. Research on Google says that is is common with Acer Asprie because of the tweaks they do from the factory… fine and dandy but I cant update the software and or driver… the ATI site updated the driver in January of this year….. Acer still does not an update for 2013…. Would appreciate any suggestions…
