Okay, before I send my laptop for servicing this is my last attempt to solve it myself. Recently i discovered my cpu fan is unable to rotate while gpu fan works fine. It's not an electricity issue. I can see the cpu fan attempting to start, moves a bit and then gets stuck. So i removed the back case to see what the heck is going on, the gpu fan rotated speedily with a flick of the finger but cpu fan needed some effort to move. I thought it maybe because of dust or something so I cleaned it too, but the problem still persists. Any suggestions for solving this weird provlem?

You can try applying some oil on the fan's bearings. If that does not help there is nothing else you can do.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Sometimes hardware just goes bad bro.. I'd send it in for repair.
Even if you got it fixed it's not normal and I would'nt risk my $$$ on something that I can get fixed ez.
As components all work in unison together, best to do it asap.
