My laptop has issues with battery life since purchase, why will ACER not stand behind their products

Purchased Mar16 2018, problems with battery life more than 2 hours have complained , now told to ship which is out of question, need battery shipped to me than I will ship you the faulty one. Stand behind your product.

    I guess acer would offer part replacement if the parts can be replaceable.. If you are willing to replace the parts yourself then try reaching acer support again and explain the situation. May be they can get this part replacement done for you..
