The main screen part is good but inside the screen it's showing cracked

    If the laptop arrived with a broken screen contact your retailer and ask for a replacement.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    That means the inside layer is broken. Contact your retailer and ask for replacement.

    If it you purchased the device new from a seller you can return it for arriving in this condition. Even if you bought it used again you should be able to return it, but that depends on the return policy. 

    I can't give an estimate of how much the replacement of the screen will cost.
