So, i have an Acer predator g3 710 (original specs being:  8gb ddr4, i5 6400, gtx 970, 500w power supply) Current specs being i7 6700k, 24gb of ddr4, gtx 970 500w power supply. Im wondering, if the power supply will be enough for the upgrade, or do i also need a power supply upgrade. Or does the mobo even support the 1070ti?

1070ti is supported by the motherboard and 500w PSU should be sufficient for this GPU. Just make sure that the card you are planning to get fits in the case.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
