One option you could try is, if the store installed the same version of windows that came with your laptop, trying to activate. This would get windows activated and turn it genuine. Windows 10 that came shipped with laptop has its key embedded into the motherboard and it pulls the key from there.

@vishal_33 so basically from what i understood here the shop where you went formatted your drive deleting all acer recovery software/partition and installed a fresh windows and instead of contacting acer support for a repair you used a non certified acer repair shop that is really not good first always contact acer support or the shop where you bought it if any issues arise but as @sri369 said the acer windows 10 home oem key its built into the bios itself and it would activate on any installed windows copy to activate it as genuine

Before you start: You will have to back up all your files, and reinstall all your applications if you do a clean install. A clean install is where you completely wipe the hard drive and start from scratch. You should link your Windows 10 product key with your Microsoft account. If you don't do this, you might not be able to re-activate Windows 10 after you reinstall it.

So head to Settings > Update & Security > Activation. If the status says "Windows is activated with a digital licence" but says no more, then it isn't linked to your Microsoft account.

If you can boot into Windows 10, open the new Settings app (the cog icon in the Start menu), then click on Update & Security. Click on Recovery, and then you can use the 'Reset this PC' option. This will give you the choice of whether to keep your files and programs or not.

Check out the tutorials of how to reinstall genuine Windows 10.

    Hope this info helps you.
My advice is never link your windows with your microsoft account especially on a gaming laptop as it already needs to be optimized with local user accounts for best performance so if you link to your microsoft account you will have even more services synching and apps pushing and pulling data all the time so your laptop will heat even more,

So never use a windows online account always setup local account instead even if windows tries to get u to set it up on first boot after install, unless you don't bother with poor performance and really bad thermals
