How do I find out what upgrade options are available with my model of Acer Swift 5?

I would like to add to the 256GB SSD storage on my Acer Swift 5 laptop but can't seem to find any information online whether this option is available with my model - SF514-52T-59ZU.  It would also help to know whether I can upgrade the RAM too.  I raised the question with Acer and am still waiting for their response.  Any hints on finding out, besides opening up the laptop would be most welcome.  My understanding is that options for upgrades vary by model type, although I may be wrong.

Very helpful, thanks!  Sounds like I can upgrade both RAM and storage :)
I suppose if I were to swap out the original 256GB storage for say...512GB, I could add an extra 512GB to hit 1TB.

You can't upgrade memory, it's soldered to the motherboard. You can do the SSD and I'd expect any of the drives that meet spec will work, even if they are not a tested capacity such as the newer 1TB and 2TB versions.
