Hello.
I have a recently purchased expensive ACER laptop, which is faulty out of the box. I bought it to replace my old laptop from another manufacturer, which was faulty and not possible to fix.
So that's my 1st ACER laptop, and I am extremely disappointed about the quality of the product, but also I am extremely disappointed about the quality of ACER's technical support.
I live in Portugal, and I had communication with local support. I communicated by phone and by email with some support agent, then to a supervisor, but they didn't offer me any acceptable solution.
At this point my Emails are being ignored, and when I called the support number, the agent on the phone was rude and unhelpful.
What am I to do?
