Black screen in my laptop

My problem first is no internet secure,  then i restart it as diagnosis of my computer administrator then it goes black out..  I try the f2, f9 ,f10 and enter..  But didn't work..  I try clt,  shift,  esc. . Still nothing showing..  Plase help me to solve my problem..  It stuck in black screen

I would like to know the model # of your laptop. As a work around, I recommend you to try performing power drain. To do that; 

1. Power off your computer and flip it. 
2: Locate pin hole at the bottom of your laptop. Insert a paper clip or a suitable tool in to that & hold it for 30 seconds. 
3. Ensure that you feel as clicking on a spring, when inserting the paper clip to the pin hole. 
4. Once 30 seconds is completed, remove the paper clip. 
5. Flip the unit and check powering on.
