I found a UK site that says: Adaptive Sync/AMD FreeSync, DisplayPort (48-144Hz), HDMI (48-144Hz), with LFC-support, without HDR.

This monitor doesn't support Adaptive Gsync, as it is not on the list of Gsync certified monitors. You can enable Gsync, but unwanted effects like flickering and artifacting might appear making it unusable while Gsync is active.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
