Why it has been so long I didn't get my free gift the mouse cestus something?

I bought a acer predator helios 300 and they said i will get a free gift that is a mouse and a game bundle but it has been so long since I fill a form for the free gift online. I bought it on December 31 2018 and fill the form on that they. I dint even get an email from acer. Am I getting it or what? Please answer me.

    If the free gift suppose to come along with the bundle than i would request you to check with the store .
    Please check is the gift been given on the random basis since you filled the form online or its for everyone
