Disconnect the AC and try to perform a battery power drain by pressing the pinhole for 30s and let it sit for about 20mnts then try to boot up (if it boots) boot into bios and reset setup defaults after keep an eye on you temps it's advisable to repaste at least once per year as the gaming laptops require periodically maintenance like cleaning the fans and airflow exits hope u manage to witch it back on if not check the ram compartment door there is a pressure power switch which has to be properly pressed it cuts completely the power when opening the laptop so that any short circuits could damage it also check your charger with a voltmeter just to make sure its not faulty and if you are able to you can open it yourself disconnect the cmos battery close it try to boot it up shut it down re-connect the cmos also check for more power pressure points along the chassis there might be more make sure all screws are properly tight.

I case u manage to get it back on consider optimizing windows/undervolting if that doesn't bring temps down you would definitely need a repaste i advise kryonaut.

PS: if you are still on warranty alwasy check first with the store or acer support if you are authorized to open it yourself for ex to upgrade the ssd (some models you have to disassemble all chassis to get to it) or if you have any seals in any screws to not void the warranty if you are out of warranty you can open it without any issues and phone tool kit with a pry tool will do perfectly fine Predators are the easiest laptops to open.

first of all , thank you for your time and helping

i tried to applyed your instructions but unsuccessful to turn on it .
first ,i tried to reset the battery by pin for 30 s and keep laptop after that for around 1 hour then connect the AC and press the run but nothing happened .
second, i opened the laptop and clean the fan  and check the GPU and CPU but not touched it ,
tried to removed the ram and clean it with the ram door
i checked the Power adapter and its seems to work fine .

Guys after weeks with the same problem I figure out why my helios 300 was doing logoff, I use Apple watch band that has a magnet band and when I approach the band in the left side of the notebook he does the logoff bc is like when you close the cover, Helios has a magnet in his cover that identify when you close it, so, when the band touch the left side (usually when im playing) he does whatever you configured to do when you close it

Hespanhol i have seen that happen with mobile phones oh well seems anything magnetic will interfere with it anyway my settings are to do nothing on closing lid i dont use sleep/lock or hibernate either they are disabled  never had a single issue and the same goes for all of my other 7 laptops
