for every game I’ve checked the minimum requirements for this seems to be the only thing that’s an issue. If it’s not upgradable is there a way around this?

The GPU can't be changed, as it is soldered on the motherboard. There is no work around this. The device doesn't have thunderbolt 3, so external GPUs won't work.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
