Not able to check warranty information

Hello, I had recently purchased a helios 500 in India. But I am not able to see it under my products or check the warranty information. When i try to register the product it says that it has already been registered. I did not get a confirmation mail from acer upon registering as well. It this some kind of a bug? Acer members please help

    Edit: The product was registered under a different email ID. I am now able to see it

    But the warranty information is unavailable when i tried to check using my serial ID. What seems to be the problem?

    There is no problem. You can contact Acer support, they will ask for a proof of purchase and once it is given to them, they will fix it with an updated information.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    From where did you buy Helios 500 in India? I think it is still not available here.
