Predatorsense not supported when installing after repair

So a while ago i had my laptop repaired where the motherboard and ram were replaced, once i got it back i tried installing predatorsense and an error message saying this computer is not supported comes up. Here are all the noteworthy points that could help find the issue
1 - i tried installing the drivers from the website for my model that i've seen reccomended on other threads related to this issue (intel boost driver, VGA driver, etc.)
2 - when using acer care centre, the laptop is listed as G3-571 instead of Predator G3-571
3 - i tried reverting to factory settings however it only reverted to when the laptop was repaired instead of when i first got it, meaning that only the default version of windows 10 is installed instead of the version that acer provides
4 - there is no folder for predatorsense in the registry where it should be listed
5 - I tried running the installer in compatibility mode for windows 8
6 - I tried installing a previous version of predatorsense

I'd like to get this working as since the repair, the laptop is performing much worse in games as Final Fantasy 15 used to run perfectly fine at 60fps medium settings and now the game doesn't even run at 60 on low. Additionally the CPU + GPU never reach near 100% usage which i presume is due to thermal throttling, this is likely because of how the fans aren't getting anywhere near fast enough as the difference in loudness between it being at idle and playing an intensive game is much smaller than it was pre-repair.

I know i can send the laptop in so they can install the right version of windows, however i am extremely reliant on this laptop daily so that really isn't an option for me

If the motherboard was replaced then you might have the wrong model showing up in the mobo that is why PS says it's not supported only acer support can repair that for you it has to go back in order for them to fix it in the bios please refer to the support page below and regarding the poor performance check your temps with coretemp (cpu) and msi afterburner (gpu) optimize windows/undervolt with TS if it doen''t improve you have a bad repaste you will need to contact acer support for a proper repaste if possible using the thermal paste you want i would recommend kryonaut

The model name will need to be updated to include the word Predator. This can only be done at a local service center.
