Good evening
I would like to convert old vhs tapes to digital files.
I use Konig video grabber version 2.0 type CSUSBVG100
System Windows 10
Manaufacturer says this video grabber can be used on a windows 10 machine
I installed the drivers and software found on the accompanied cd.
I can hear the sound but i don,t see any pictures.
My question is can i use the usb connections to record videofiles.

If you can anwer this question plse also confirm why / why not and what files/drivers do i need more ?

GeForce GTX 1060
Win 10

Many thanks in advance
Theo

Does the software menu have a properties option? If yes, click on it. Then click on capture. Then click on device settings. Then try and apply each video type till you find one that works. In Holland, try PAL_B, NTSC or SECAM Jack E/NJ

I tried all settings before. Just hear sound, no pictures.
Is it possible to record video signals in the first place ?
    Has someone any experience?

You should be able to save it in a video file format. Try disabling your videocamera in Device Manager as it might be interfering with the signal. If you haven't done so already, I think you should direct your questions directly to the manufacturer at this link.
