How to update firmware for predator model PH315-51?

I have acer predator model PH315-51 .I found a firmware update given at website. Anyone can suggest me how to update the firmware and how it affects my pc.

    It is not recommended to update the BIOS unless you experience some bugs with the system.

    If you want to update regardless extract the executable file from the archive. Before running it make sure the battery is fully charged and laptop plugged in. Once the installation begins don't touch the device and DO NOT plug in or plug out anything. Once the installation is finished the system will boot by itself.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    i would like to update the bios so i can use throthlestop on my notebook. Mine is now at version 1.14 and going at almost  90ºC!!!! Im just afraid to update because on readme in the folder of the version 1.21 ins sayin " Click "C5PRH121.exe" under Winodows mode'' and im not exactly sure what ''under windows mode'' means'.

    Hi you don't need to update bios to undervolt and use TS if you don't have any issues apart from temp don't update the bios the bios won't fix any temp issues to learn more follow the links in my signature
