Product key for what? the Win7 key usually is on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop, but you do not need it when reinstalling the OS. All you need are your recovery disks. If you do not have them, try https://store.acer.com and see if you can order them from there. There is a phone number at the bottom of the page if you need help.
