need help updating intel graphics driver

hi!

i need to update my graphics driver from intel, to a new version, but can't get the right support from intel. they refer to acer. i need to update to this version: 15.40.41.5058, my current version is 10.18.0015.4248.

can anybody help me?

    Answer ✓
    Go to device manager>display adapter and uninstall intel hd graphics, then restart the device and install the driver you want.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    hi! thx a lot for your response - i already tried removing it that way - but how do i find the right new driver to install? when i let the computre help me find the new version it gives me the same.

    What is your device model and what CPU does it have? You can download the driver from Intel.
