Hello,
I have just reinstalled my corrupt Windows 10 that came in with the laptop because the company that has sold it to me installed it incorrectly. I own a free license to Windows 10 Education 64bit provided by my school. The reinstall went smooth, I completely cleared the system SSD (I made an arrangement with the company that they would exchange the Optane 16GB drives for an SSD drive) and then I wanted to install NitroSense again (which was accessible in the old Windows 10 installation and it worked perfectly). The problem is that because I basically wiped the SSD clean and changed the OS version, the licences for the NitroSense app are missing. I installed the app through an APPXBUNDLE file that I downloaded with the software, but whenever I try to launch the app, an error message appears saying: "no applicable app licence found". Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks
