Few options in Nvidia control panel Nitro 5 an515-51 gf

I'm using an Acer Nitro 5 an515-51 gf, when i opened the nvidia control panel i only see 3 options but when i use my my dad's laptop (ASUS K45 with a gt 520m) it has all the options, why don't i have as much?

    Because the main GPU is the Intel HD Graphics, from which you should adjust settings like resolution. The output of the nvidia goes through the Intel GPU before it is displayed on the screen. The settings you are missing here should be available in the Intel control panel.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Is there any way to use Nvidia control panel for that instead of Intel control panel?
