    Completely normal especially with games with poor optimization like pubg/fortnite etc they demand loads of the cpu/gpu due to the really poor optimization so the adapter will need the battery to kick in to help to provide enough power for it nothing to worry about just do not game on AC with the battery on 30% or less because the adapter will try to charge the battery and provide power at same time and will not manage to so your performance will drop drastically, also always play on AC and always start any game with the battery on 100% thats my addvice to everyone by the way do not forget to post you exact model and specs
