JackE E/NJ. This older person from north of the border was having monster issues with Win 10 updates and Acer outdated drivers, playing supreme havoc with the usability of a laptop, which Acer was not fixing drivers. I won't go into details, but over about a three week period, Jack used his gray matter to help me solve losing mine! Log story short, my laptop works great without Win 10, thanks to Jack! Maybe one day we'll meet and have a beer Jack....Thank you is not enough, but all I can do for now. Claude
