I am starting this thread again after so many failed attempts at resolving the issue . It seema that the issue persists and i have nothing left to try out .
Things that i did till now :-
1.removed old drivers using ddu and installed adrenaline 2019 18.12.3 drivers .
2.reset my pc keeping my files .
3.reset my pc without keeping the files .
4.set every power plan to maximize peeformance .
5.called acer care thrice .
Regret my decision of getting this laptop :(

Try setting the power option to balanced and make sure the laptop is connected to charger.

This is a 15-25W CPU, so I don't think it can run at 3.6GHz on all 4 cores at that TDP. The boost frequency is usually sustained for a short amount of time before the CPU goes back to base frequency.

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Can you check your CPU temperatures using HWiNFO?

Yeah, most likely the CPU is throttling. You can try undervolting it using throttlestop(I haven't owned an AMD laptop , so I don't how well or if it can undervolt). Undervolting will reduce the CPU's temperatures without affecting performace. You can find many guides and videos online showing how to undervolt with throttlestop.

Make sure that you install microsoft visual c 2016(x86) and microsoft visual c 2013(x86). I am not sure exactly which one of these 2 work, so install both. You need one of these 2 installed in order to run throttlestop.
