BIOS Recovery

Im having issues going into BIOS. Salvador J‐136‐C4 replied me for chat trying to help me and he couldnt do anything. Why? Because Acer is ****. Unique posibility that they gave me is go Technical support (paying, obviously) to clear the BIOS Password. He explained me a method to clear password shorting hardware gap but it didnt work. And now, Acer? Why do you give me a "Key Hint Number code" for? I tried to search in google a "Decrypted code" for each code you give me and didnt work. Thank you for fabricate this ****, unbeliveable that "Acer" do this work with their laptops. Real trash the motherboard and BIOS.
