I have been using Helios 300 for 11 Months. I have updated my drivers manually from sites, and my keyboard stopped working once. And my Device had to be resetted by Acer. ow recently I noticed that my Laptop does not connect to external monitors or TV.

I tried to check out the Nvidia Control Panel, however it does not open at all.

I tried to upgrade Driver manually which fails, tried using Device Manager, but my Nvidia is not even appearing there, and GeForce Experience does not update my driver as well. Can someone provide me any help please

This happened to me last few days. I deleted all files from nvidia and installed an older version of it because of the issues. I also did the battery reset by the pinhole. However, I dont remember the sequence.

Yup battery reset pinhole for 30S let it sit form 5 to 10 mnts boot into bios reset bios to defaults and see if your gpu is recognized install gpu driver manually from acer support (clean install use DDU if needed to remove previous driver) if you still want to use GE with a newer driver disable GE updates/don't let windows update your drivers unless you really need it to and also as @egydiocoelho asked post you model and specs
