Issues with it turning on and stays off and replaced the battery and power button circuit board and don't know if it's the motherboard and I have this charging and the light stays red, not blue , is it hard to replace the motherboard?, also, I almost forgot, the one hinge on the right side broke off.    help........................ Just try doing the hard reset but it might delete some files. So save in the google drive and than perform it

1.    Turn off your Chromebook.

2.    Press Refresh + Power button(Refresh button is the key on the top first row the fourth key. Which look like a circle with arrow)

After doing the above step if nothing works than you need to call the Acer support

I can not get the laptop to come on. And it did show red and usually a blue light where the power button is and now this will not turn on and like the battery is dead. I think the person messed up something with the laptop, he's at Circleville, Ohio shanks computer services.
