You should remove the old ps completely with a uninstaller like youruninstaller for ex to completely remove all leftovers including reg keys then download the H700 ps and change the plugs folder name to your exact model (you have to have the full model showing up in the bios with the work predator if not will never work and only acer can fix the bios by reflashing the correct name) after install the appx bundle take ownership of the program files/windows apps hidden folder and run ps from there u can even create a task in the scheduler to run it from there follow the instructions on my thread theres nothing saying about old ps my thread ist about the new ps working on all predator/nitro 7th gen up i can say it even installs on aspire and spin but thats just experimental testing i have done and functions dont work

Please correct me if wrong xapim, but in the following order these are the steps I undertook to try reinstalling Predator Sense for Predator Helios 500 (PH517-51):
1. Downloaded Your Uninstaller application from http://www.ursoftware.com/ (http://www.ursoftware.com/dlds/yusetup.exe).
2. Opened YU and uninstall Predator Sense and all its’ associated files (including Predator Sense Service).
3. Then from the Acer website, I downloaded Predator Sense version 3.00.3136 (https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Application/Predator Sense/Predator Sense_Acer_3.00.3136_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=637133586213596884&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=PREDATOR&Step3=PREDATOR PH717-71&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=AAP_10) for Predator Helios 700 (PH717-71).
4. Then in order to change the folder name in the PS plugs folder as administrator, I downloaded the ‘Add Take Ownership to Context Menu in Windows 10’ app from their website (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3841-add-take-ownership-context-menu-windows-10-a.html), then selected and downloaded Step 2 select ‘Add_Shift+Right-Click_Take_Ownership_to_context_menu.reg’ (https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials/247898d1568820808-add-take-ownership-context-menu-windows-10-a-add_shift-right-click_take_ownership_to_context_menu.reg) and then installed the download to the desktop.
5. Then I opened the downloaded Predator Sense version 3.00.3136 installation folder and held the shift key+right mouse button to take ownership of the folder.
6. Then I open the plugs folder and renamed the folder Predator PH517-51 and renamed the folder PH517-51 (with Predator).
7. Then I opened the APPXBUNDLE File and performed the installation.
8. Then I opened the Setup.exe file to try install it, only to receive the same lousy message again ‘Sorry! This computer is not supported.’
Even after repeating the process again, PS icon is back in the start menu again and when I click on it nothing happens. I don’t even get the Predator logo in the centre of the screen trying to reboot repeatedly, as it did previously.

When Acer technical support contacted me and we were trying resolve this problem, he was going to help me try reset/re-flash bios, but was unable to when I couldn’t enter bios after rebooting and pressing F10 repeatedly. That’s when he ended the call and said he would get back to me, but hasn’t since.
