I am trying to enable legacy boot mode on my Acer Aspire A515-52, but when I go into boot mode in the BIOS the only option I see is UEFI. I am trying to boot Linux from a USB flash drive and not having any success.  How do I enable legacy boot mode on this particular laptop?

be sure that you are trying to boot a 64bit image (x64) and UEFI compatible linux distro, your USB flash drive must have GPT partition scheme too.

legacy is not supported on your model.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

Legacy boot is not supported on my model? Well, that seriously sucks.
