Just want to make sure that the eRecovery disks well restore my Iconia 6120 Completley

Hi

Just want to make sure that the eRecovery disks include all the Acer applications such as the Acer Ring and all of its components, and will resotre my Acer Iconia 6120 as it was out of the box, guessing it does, just want to make sure its not just the Windows 7 operating system and drivers before I spend any time and money on this, also if there is anywhere I can download the Acer Ring from would be greatly appreciated. Any and all assistance rendered is greatly appreciated. Thank You.
