Hello everyone

My laptop is predator helios 300, PH315-51, I7 8750H , GTX 1060 6GB , 8GB Ram,  15.6inch screen.

The problem started after my dog ran through the laptop charger and dragged the laptop with it. The laptop fell down to the ground from a height of about 50 cm to the floor. The laptop is working normally but when i started to run games, predator sense GPU Loading Graph will stay at 99%. How do I lower the GPU loading percentage? I've done the "Reset this PC" option in windows but choose the "Keep my personal files" but there is no change. Here is the picture of Predator Sense when i'm playing Ark Survival Evolved in high settings. This is my first post i hope the information is enough.

U can't thats normal depending on the games usually latest games use 100% of the gpu sometimes it's the cpu and gpu at the same time your temps aren't bad but they could be improved by optimizing windows and underclock/repaste although i would upgrade the memory to at least 16gb with another sodimm to exactly match the one u have for dual channel performance same CL/clock u can also use msi afterburner to overclock/underclock gpu and i would use the fans on auto and coolboost on (depending on you room temp) works well for me never changed anything just undervolted and repasted and i have max 69 gpu  and 75 cpu all games on ultra i know in fact ark survival evolved eats a lot of cpu/gpu so again that is completely normal if you weren't having it before something was wrong you dog might had fixed it :p and lucky you for the ssd if it was a normal hdd with the OS it might had been bricked by now :)

I'll try undervolting the gpu using msi burner and getting a ram. Thanks for the reply, xapim.
