    Good day

Update your wireless driver and the bios to the latest bios update.

    Regards,

I see on the support website that there are 2 types of wifi cards for this computer. Go to http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers, choose your comtpuer and try the Athros and Broadcom drivers to see which one takes. If none of them take, that means that there may be something wrong with the card itself and it would need to see a repair technician. You can call tech support in your area and see about setting it up for repair.

If you read my thread I have the same problem.  I'm replacing the card with an Intel if i can find one that fits the location.

You can do that. Just make sure that if your comptuer has blue tooth, that the wifi card has blue tooth. They are one and the same card on these computers. They are not seperate. Otherwise, call your support center and see if one can be sent to you, or replaced at the repair center.
