I always have to force close my laptop by clicking the power button for ten seconds, then it will go off. The led light thingy that comes blue when power is on, besides the led indicator for "charging"

    Hi NeoJamesChicken,
This is mostly caused if there is any static electricity stuck in the computer.
Please try to perform power drain. This should fix the issue. Steps to follow.
For this take out the charger if connected and press and hold the power button till all lights are off.
Have a look at the bottom of the laptop. Search for a tiny pin hole with a battery symbol by the side of it. If you see the pin hole, take a paper clip and press and hold it down for 30 seconds.
If you do not see the pin hole, then simply press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and let go.

Let me know if this fixes the issue.
