This laptop has the battery built in, I would like to know if there is a new technology and If I keep the laptop at charging while using it it will destroy the battery , like to the old laptops everyone knows that in the time the battery lose her proprieties if it was kept at charging all the time and will start losing power quicker. While this battery is built in I can't plug out the battery from it, to dont damage it, or there is a special technology and it won't get damaged?

You can safely charge and use the laptop at the same time. Even with 100% charge, you can leave the laptop plugged in without harm. It will not overcharge the battery. Windows has a battery health application you should be able to access from the desktop.
