Need Assistance

I've rang and replied to your Acer Escalations team, however I am getting no response or help from anyone. The only reply I got was 'there was no cable when it was returned' - But I can assure you there was, as I taped it to the polystyrene that I used to safe guard the monitor when I returned it.

My monitor (XZ321Q) was repaired under warranty (hurrah), however they've returned the monitor without the AC Adapter and Cable that I included when I sent it back for repair.

Can any one advise on what steps I need to take or any contact numbers than the ones I can find - All I get is someone will contact you, but I need the monitor operational over the Christmas Period as I have to remotely support 5 large networks and I've already been without it for 3 weeks!
