Replacement Video Cable Acer Aspire E5-575

Howdy. I hope you're having a nice day.
          So for the better part of a year, the display for my Aspire E5-575 was goofing up unless it was held in a certain position. In the process of constantly wiggling and adjusting the screen, the problem got worse to the point where if I needed to use my laptop I would need to hook it up to my TV via HDMI. The screen was just extra weight. Everything was great until I had the dumb Idea of removing the screen entirely and in the process, I ended up snipping the LED video cable that is attached to the computer and the screen's mother board. I probably should have done more research before I did this because, voila, now my computer won't turn on at all. I fully accept the negative outcome of my actions, but if anybody out there could save me from having to buy a new laptop, I would very much appreciate their technological insight because I demonstrably have very little. Thank you very much for your time and attention.

If it was a non-touch screen, part number is 50.GDEN7.001 for a replacement video cable. Less than $15. Your old cable probably had conductor trace breaks in the hinge area from opening and closing the lid too much. Jack E/NJ

Unfortunately, the computer still isn't turning on. There were 3 other wires that connected behind the screen that I snipped as well, but I suppose they're absolutely necessary to for the computer to function. The LED cable came with one of them. The other two (white and black) led to a chip.
Do you know if my computer would turn on if I installed this part? Would I still need to rewire these 3 other wires to my screen in order for the computer to turn on? I'm pretty sure that I ought to just buy a  laptop that I can swap out the hard drive for at this point.

What you have pictured is a wifi card for your wireless internet router connection. The image below shows the various wifi cards that might've been installed in your machine. The other wires that you snipped off are probably for the video cam which would've been included in the new video cable you bought. Jack E/NJ

Hey @JackE I was wondering if you could tell me the model number for a touch screen video cable for my Aspire E5-575? I’m having a similar problem as OP, but my screen is still on completely, when I move the screen (open/close motion) or hold the bottom left of the monitor it works no problem, but I think there may be an issue with the video cable. I tried unplugging it on both ends and I plugged it back, the screen still turns on but goes white and when you move it or hold it it works fine. Another thing to note is that it doesn’t go white immediately, it gradually goes from normal to grainy to white (photos below). Any insight, or the part number for that touch screen video cable would be much appreciated!
