I have Acer Swift 3 SF315-41 Ryzen 5 2500U model. And I use this PC now.

Theres is a problem with Spotify when I use with Browser or other applications. When I listen to Spotify, Noise Problem occures. And now I knew how to solve it.
Just use "General High Definition Audio Device" instead of "Realtek High Definition Audio Device" driver.

But, designated for SF315-41's driver has problem. So I want ACER to release a new and fixed "Realtek High Definition Audio Device" driver.

OK, your request for a new driver should also be posted in the ACER ideas section https://community.acer.com/en/categories/ideas with a description of the Spotify noise problems you are having. Also please explain what suggestions you have gotten from the Spotify users forum on fixing this noise problem. https://community.spotify.com/ and https://support.spotify.com/us/ . I couldn't find any posts that you have made on Spotify . Please show links to your questions to the Spotify community about this issue. Thanks Jack E/NJ

Have you tried the latest Realtek High Definition Audio(SST) directly from Realtek's website?

In the past I've used www.station-drivers.com to find audio drivers as well. I'd look on there to see what versions they've got for Realtek audio drivers.

Strangely, via Bluetooth Speaker is OK and no noise.
But, Spotify from PC's speaker is with noise.

I can only think it's about Realtek High Definition Audio Driver's Problem.

Can't find drivers from this site. And I want to use Acer's reccomend drivers, sorry.

Acer, please fix this problem, please.

PS. I found the Realtek High Definition Audio version 6.0.1.8569. But result was the same (Noise Problem happens).

Yesterday, New AMD Radeon driver update appeared.
    Driver version : 25.20.15025.1002. (release date 2019/02/20)

And I installed this drivers. After that Spotify's noise problem dispappeared !!

Maybe it was Video Driver's problem ?! I don't know really. But now I have no noise problem.

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in the left pane. Click 'system restore' box. Click 'next'. Check for an automatic restore point that might've been created after you installed the new Radeon driver. Jack E/NJ

It's so frustrating. I can not locate a working model of this driver.  I've tried about 10 reputable RealTek versions from Snappy, I've tried two or three from the Acer down load web page for this system.  All of them have special problems.  Some don't have working TrueHarmony, some crash the PC when it sleeps/resumes, some crash it when it shuts down, some do not play good in Spotify, some do not play in a browser, some do not play exact in Foobar. It's a minefield. When i browse that problem then i got a site https://windowserrors.org/outlook-data-file-cannot-be-accessed/ where you will see some additional methods to resolve this problem. Hope, it will be good for everyone who have similar kinds of error.

Is there any chance it's not a driver problem? Phono plugs sometimes have rubber blocking them from fully seating in the jacks and that can give static as the contact touch two signals at once. Try wiggling the jack as the problem is happening to see if that makes any difference.

since Acer is not gonna release any new Realtek HDA drivers for SF315-41, try any of the following 2020 Realtek HDA driver versions from MS Update:
(direct links to the cab downloads posted)

    v6.0.8924.1 (3/26/2020) - (146.7Mb cab download)

    v6.0.8907.1 (3/03/2020) - (146.6Mb cab download)

    v6.0.8899.1 (2/18/2020) - (146.6Mb cab download)

    v6.0.8881.1 (1/14/2020) - (146.6Mb cab download)

plus these new Realtek HDA drivers also resolve a security vulnerability in their audio drivers as described in this SafeBreach article titled "Realtek HD Audio Driver Package - DLL Preloading and Potential Abuses (CVE-2019-19705)" published early February 2020.

download & save any one of the realtek hda driver CAB downloads, open the CAB file in a file archiving tool like 7zip, extract all the files inside onto a temporary folder and use Device Manager to update the "Realtek High Definition Audio" device listed in the Sound, video and game controllers section and restart the Acer computer for the new Realtek audio driver to take effect.

On the other hand, Acer did release this v6.0.8924.1 Realtek HDA driver for the S40-10 sometime in June that could be used on the SF315-41 laptop.

Acer should be made aware that any non-DCH/non-UAD Realtek audio driver version from 8855 & earlier have the security vulnerability as mentioned in that SafeBreach article and should release more updated Realtek audio drivers for affected Acer machines like the SF315-41 to resolve the security problems.
