Not even three weeks i've owned this monitor. NOW the buttons to access any menus DONT EVEN WORK. SO now i have to re pack up this new monitor to send back for repairs. i didn't buy this XXXX to send it back for repairs within 3 weeks. Anyone else run into things like this?

Metch, you are not on your own suffering with poor quality and lack of customer service from ACER. My XC 730 PC was sent away for repair in November. Hard drive replaced and Windows 10 reinstalled. So why then is it that within 24hours of getting it back the self same fault reappears. I've emailled them but no response yet.0

Sorry to hear of your troubles, I've had good luck with Acer, have a laptop I bought in 2006 that's still running well today with a upgrade to a faster CPU, SSD, and more memory some years ago, battery replaced several times, but that's normal wear and tear. Got at least ten years off the last Acer monitor I ran. Even outlived a Viewsonic which is known for good quality. Hoping to get that kind of mileage off an Aspire I bought couple months ago. It's working well so far.
