Not even three weeks i've owned this monitor. NOW the buttons to access any menus DONT EVEN WORK. SO now i have to re pack up this new monitor to send back for repairs. i didn't buy this XXXX to send it back for repairs within 3 weeks. Anyone else run into things like this?

    I'm sorry that you're having issues with your monitor.  

    What is the exact model of your monitor? 

    Can you please send me a PM with the S/N of your unit so I can look into this for you?

    Metch, you are not on your own suffering with poor quality and lack of customer service from ACER. My XC 730 PC was sent away for repair in November. Hard drive replaced and Windows 10 reinstalled. So why then is it that within 24hours of getting it back the self same fault reappears. I've emailled them but no response yet.
