After I installed windows and all of the drivers, I tried running some games.
Imagine my shock after seeing 10-20 fps everywhere. After checking everything I
did a benchmark test and the results explained the issue. GPU.
Of course I uninstalled my drivers using a DDU in safe mode, and installed the latest
version manually in offline mode (to avoid windows messing with setup).
NOTHING helped, gpu is still seriously underperforming.

Im honestly running out of the ideas, anyone had a similar issue or has an idea ?
I couldnt find anything on the forums or using google either, except everyone being super
satisfied with helios 500 performances.

The 417.22 drivers are your issue. Contrary to popular belief, running the 'latest' drivers is often the cause of most performance loss. You need to revert back to your original OEM driver to regain performance.

Since their release 417.22 has caused many performance issues. There are tons of threads here documenting this since release.

You were right indeed, it was a driver, wish i tried that first before reinstalling the latest one 20 times.
    Thank you !!

Glad a roll-back fixed your performance issues! It's really confusing to get a driver update notification, install it, and then experience worse performance! This has been common lately though and hopefully nVidia improves their driver package.

Nvidia devs are acting same way as game devs they just release it for everyone to test it for them we (the guinea pigs) and if we have issues they will fix it in the next release this is why if you don't have issues do not update the gpu driver ever unless one of the latest games requires it to be able to play it and disable GE auto updates
