Hi,

Some days ago i submitted a hdd kit request for my acer laptop. However, it was rejected because the address i provided was an overseas reshipment company address. Ok, that's fine. So, i contacted one of my friends in US, and asked him to submit a hdd kit request for me. However, he told me that his submission was rejected and he got an error saying that ''There is an existing request for this serial number.'' I also tried myself another request for a kit and get the same respond. However the email I got from Acer was telling me to provide another address (a "normal" one) and do another request. How the hell do you expect me to submit another request if your silly system rejects me every time??? Below you may also find the rejection email I got from my first request.

Could you please delete my first request so my friend in US can submit a new request with a new address [actually i want you to delete all requests under the serial number i wrote above to be sure]. Do not ask me to send you my friend's address because i do not know :)

By the way I am so regretful for having an acer laptop. Acer was the worst company in terms of customer service. For such a simple kit request, I have encountered many problems. I wish I will never have another one in the future.

    Hi RegretfulCustomer,

I am very sorry to hear this, unfortunately the community is not a direct portal to customer service/tech support, we cant delete and request for an HDD Caddy kit you requested. Keep in mind also that the instructions do specify that this is only for U.S. and Canada customers and i see you're in Turkey, please contact your local Acer support services for better assistance:

Note: We will be closing this thread.

    Thanks,
    Acer-Manny
